Margaret Jo Henry

Margaret Jo Henry, 76 of Athens passed away Sunday, April 13, 2025. She was a member of Mt. Verd Baptist Church. She was the daughter of the late James and Gladys Hooper Grady and was also preceded in death by her husband, Chuck Henry; brother, Robert Grady; and grandson, Tucker Lee Crane.

Survivors include her daughter, Darlene (Larry) McDaniel; siblings, Betty Moses, J. L. (Sue) Grady; Ronnie (Trish) Grady; grandchildren, Misty, Brittany, and Nathan Martin; great grandson, Tanner Lee Crane; several nieces and nephews and special friend, June Parham.

A funeral service will be held at 1 P.M, Thursday, April 17, 2025 in the chapel of Poole Funeral Home, Etowah with Rev. Donnie Dalton and Bro. Jerry Stephens officiating. Interment will follow in McMinn Memory Gardens.

The family will receive friends from 5 – 7 P. M. Wednesday, April 16, 2025 at Poole Funeral Home, Etowah.
