John "Jack" Joseph Plunkett

John “Jack” Plunkett, age 89, of Loudon, TN, formerly of Youngstown, OH, passed away Friday, December 22, 2023. He was a member of the St. Jude Catholic Church in Youngstown. Jack had a wonderful personality and never met a stranger. He will be truly missed by all that knew him.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 63 years, Mary Jane Plunkett; parents, Leo and Alice Plunkett; siblings, Evelin Diehl, Betty Yoder, Rita Diehl, Jim Plunkett, Jean Peters, Paul, Donald and Bobby Plunkett.

Jack is survived by his children, Pam (Tom) Salata and Brian (Tee) Plunkett; siblings, Patter Harpster, Peggy (Bernie) Bender and Janet Stewart; grandchildren, Katie Speck and Kristi Bennett; 5 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

A private service will be held at a later date in Pennsylvania.
