Charles (Chuck) Edward Hunley, age 72, passed away Sunday, December 12, 2021 at Life Care Center of Athens. Charles drove a semi-truck the majority of his life, but most of all he loved spending time with his family. He was a devoted father and grandfather.
Charles was preceded in death by his father, Jim Hunley and mother, Lila Partin Hunley.
He leaves behind 3 daughters, Tiffani (Justin) Denton, Taylor (Kyle) Webb, Sheri (Jamie) Tipton; 7 grandchildren, Hunter Denton, Phoenix Webb, Salem Webb, Shadow Webb, Abbagail (Brandon) Gowey, Andrew Edwards, Ryan Tipton; 3 sisters, Janice Davis, Mary Jane Shipley, Lisa Jones; 1 great grandchild, Ayven Gowey; several nieces, nephews and many friends.
